InterAlchemy.com is responsible for fulfillment of all Search Engine Platinum services. InterAlchemy.com agrees to achieve a minimum of 8 top 10 placements, anywhere within the major search engines before the term begins. The term of this contract will begin the day that such minimum is achieved. The customer assigned above is authorizing InterAlchemy.com or its parent company Salva Corp dba Vita Bella to run the card for the amount set as a setup fee and all subsequent fees upon their due. All setup fees are due on the date of this contract.

This form constitutes a binding contractual agreement between the undersigned and Salva Corp dba InterAlchemy.com. Client understands and agrees that no refunds shall be given by Salva Corp dba InterAlchemy.com for services rendered. Client further agrees to defend and indemnify Salva Corp dba InterAlchemy.com from all third-party claims including, but not limited to: slander, libel, copyright violation, plagiarism, claims involving illegal activities, and/or other suits or claims based on the content or subject matter of the client’s website. This agreement is governed by, and shall be construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Colorado. All of the parties agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Jefferson County, Colorado and expressly agree to give such forum original jurisdiction. The venue for resolving any disputes under this contract shall further be Lakewood, Colorado USA. If any provision of this Agreement is held by a Court of law to be invalid, such invalidity shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of this Agreement. The foregoing constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and may be modified only in writing and signed by all parties.
